Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Anything outside the agreed scope — a surprise behind the wall, a change of heart mid-project — is always discussed and approved with you in writing before extra costs arise.
Scheduling, Access & Site Conditions
Renovation timelines depend on weather, material availability and site conditions — especially in Alaska. We will keep you informed of the schedule and any changes. In return, we ask for safe, reasonable access to the work area and to utilities needed for the work.
Workmanship Warranty & Materials
We stand behind our craft. Workmanship is covered by the warranty stated in your project agreement, and manufacturer warranties apply to materials and appliances we install. Warranty details, inclusions and care guidance are always provided in writing when your project is handed over.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a project, contact us as early as possible. Changes are handled through a simple written amendment; cancellations may involve costs for work already performed or materials already ordered, always calculated fairly and explained clearly.
