Built on the belief that home should hug you back
Decor Home Project began around a kitchen table in Soldotna, where a small circle of designers and builders realised that neighbours kept asking for the same thing — one trusted team that could handle the whole home, not just one trade.
So we brought decorators, carpenters, roofers, solar installers, gardeners and safety specialists under a single roof, with a single promise: renovate every home as if our own family were moving in. From the first sketch to the final walk-through, we plan warmly, build carefully and communicate honestly.
Our mission
To make thoughtful, beautiful renovation simple and stress-free for every homeowner on the Kenai Peninsula.
Our vision
A neighbourhood where every home — old or new — feels warm, safe, efficient and unmistakably personal.
Our promise
Clear quotes, tidy worksites, quality materials and friendly aftercare — long after the reveal day.
The values behind every project
They are printed on our workshop wall — and baked into every quote, tile and light fixture we touch.
Warm craftsmanship
We build for comfort first — homes should feel soft, quiet and inviting in every season.
Honesty first
Plain-language quotes, realistic timelines and advice that puts your home ahead of the sale.
Safety always
From fire safety to secure wiring, your family's protection is designed into the project, not bolted on.
Design with feeling
Trends are fun, but we design around how you actually live — muddy boots, morning coffee and all.
Built for Alaska
Materials and methods chosen for long winters, heavy snow and midnight-sun summers.
Green thinking
Energy-smart upgrades, responsibly sourced materials and less waste on every job site.
One friendly crew, many talents
Whoever you meet on site, you can count on the same care — because everyone works from the same plan and the same promise.
Interior stylists
Colour, furniture, lighting and decor — the people who make rooms feel like you.
Builders & trades
Carpenters, roofers, floorers and plumbers who sweat the details you will never see.
Energy & safety specialists
Solar, windows, insulation, alarms and fire protection — comfort with peace of mind.
Project managers
Your single point of contact — schedules, updates and answers, always on time.
A renovation should feel like your home is being handed back to you — only better. That feeling is the whole reason we get up on the roof, stay late over drawings and double-check every tile.
